2. Data We Collect
- Email and name — collected during registration via form or Google.
- Audio and video files — uploaded for transcription. Deleted from our servers immediately after transcription is complete.
- Transcription text — stored in your account until you delete it manually.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Telegram ID — when you connect the Telegram bot.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, session cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Providing and improving the transcription service.
- Authentication and account management.
- Payment processing and subscription management.
- Sending transcription completion notifications.
- Sending system emails (verification, receipts).
4. Third-Party Services
We share data only with the services necessary to operate:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google — OAuth authentication.
- Telegram — bot functionality.
- Resend — email delivery.
- AssemblyAI / Anthropic — transcription and AI summaries (only upon explicit user request).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
Audio files are deleted immediately after transcription is complete. Transcriptions (text) are retained until you delete them or close your account.
6. Your Rights
- Access and export your data.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Opt out of email notifications.

7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: an HTTP-only authentication token and language preference. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
