speakrec.app provides automatic audio and video transcription using speech recognition technology. The service is available as a web application and a Telegram bot.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
3. Account
- Registration is required to use the service.
- You are responsible for the security of your account.
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass free plan limits is prohibited.
- Minimum age to use the service is 13 years.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
- Payments are processed via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time in settings.
- Purchased minute packs do not expire.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of payment by contacting support.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not upload content that:
- infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
- contains illegal content;
- was recorded without the consent of participants where required by law.
You bear full responsibility for the content you upload.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% transcription accuracy.
- We are not liable for data loss, service unavailability, or indirect damages.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.
7. Intellectual Property
Transcriptions of your files belong to you. speakrec.app makes no claim to your content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
